Did you know you could earn half your recertification RUs by attending meetings?

If your Recertification certificate(s) are due for renewal. No doubt, you have already been notified by ASQ as to your deadline for submittal. If you have not received any notification, you should contact ASQ Headquarters.  (ASQ Recertification Page)

In order to speed up your recertification approval, please do the following: 

1.      Provide proof of participation for all activities (objective evidence should be no surprise to quality professionals!)

2.      Make two (2) copies of your Completed packet (journal and application).

a. For your files, keep the original of your journal; keep a copy of your application.
b. Send to the Recertification Chair, the original application and a copy of your journal.

3.      Include in with your completed packet:

a. A stamped blank mailing envelope
b. The required check

4.      Send completed packet (Using First Class US Mail)

All acceptable applications will be forwarded to ASQ Headquarters. (I will maintain your copy of the journal until I am notified of your approval). (You should keep your original journal for a minimum of one (1) year after submittal.) All unacceptable packets will be returned to you.
