Course fees. You must apply to ASQ.

call and we will do our best to fit you in and order your materials.
Enrollment
in the course does not register the student for the exam. Each student is responsible for filling out their own
certification application form and sending it, along with the
exam fee, directly to ASQ headquarters. The Body of Knowledge and
the exam application form are available online at asq.org or by
calling ASQ at 800-248-1946. ASQ has right to cancel the
courses if less than 4 paid students are registered.
Payment
required before (PayPal), at first class (check made out to
"ASQ-Merrimack Valley", no later than second class.

Certified Quailty Auditor - Register
Description: Analyzes all elements of a quality system and judges its degree of adherence to the criteria of industrial management and quality evaluation and control systems
.Education/Experience: Eight years of on-the-job experience in one or more of the areas of the Certified Quality Auditor Body of Knowledge. A minimum of three years of this experience must be in a decision-making position.
Certified Quality Inspector - Register
Description: Evaluates hardware documentation, performs laboratory procedures, inspects products, measures process performance, records data and prepares formal reports
Education/Experience: Two years of on-the-job experience in mechanical inspection or a related field. A high-school diploma or GED, or an additional three years of related on-the-job experience.
Certified Biomedical Auditor - Register
Description: Understands the principles of standards, regulations, directives and guidance for auditing a biomedical system
Education/Experience: Five years of on-the-job experience in one or more of the areas of the Certified Biomedical Auditor Body of Knowledge . At least one year must be in a decision-making role.

in Woburn MA. Daniel has successfully implemented and maintained ISO
9000, QS 9000, AS 9000 quality systems as well as the ISO 14001
environmental management system. Daniel is the lead auditor and

Working as a consultant to FDA regulated industry since 1992. Developed and taught courses in Medical Device Regulation and in Process Validation for the Boston Section of ASQ. Active in ASQ Biomedical Division (Program Chair), ASQ FD&C (Region 1 Counselor), and the New England Biomedical Discussion Group (Board member). Ryan currently holds a Sr.
Quality Engineering Manager position at Straumann in Andover, MA. He
has over 17 years of experience primarily at medical device
manufacturing companies in process and quality engineering,
including Hologic, Corning, Teleflex Medical, and Straumann. Ryan
started as a technician and has held various production/engineering
positions. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BSEE from
Northeastern University. He is ASQ certified as a Quality Engineer.

The blue & yellow Kollsman Inc. marquee is about ¾ of a mile on the right, across from Anheuser Busch brewery.
Turn right into the main drive. Bear right at the fork and follow the road around perimeter of parking lot to the front of the building. Visitors parking area is just across from the flagpole and front lobby entrance.

From Route 93 North, take Route 95 South toward Waltham. From Route 95/128 take Exit for Route 3 North toward Lowell/Nashua.
