Course Fee is due in full at the first session unless prior arrangement has been made. See Education Policy

The textbook must be paid for before it can be given out. If a company check for the textbook is anticipated, but is not ready for the first session, cash or a personal check will be accepted. It will be held and returned to the student when the company check has been received.

A student may drop out without course fee liability if notice is given to the instructor before the second session. Beyond that point, the student is liable for the full course fee.

To receive the certificate of course completion, a student must attend at least 75 percent of class sessions
